
Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Caps
Suggested cooking instructions
Oven: Preheat oven to 204°C (400°F), line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper. Place stuffed mushrooms on parchment paper-lined tray. Cook for 15-18 minutes to an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).
Grill: Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Grease grill. Cook, turning 90 degrees halfway through, for 12 - 14 minutes with lid closed to an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).
