
Marinated Boneless Chicken Breasts
Cooking Instructions
Grill: Pre-heat grill on high. Place chicken breasts on grill and cook for 3 minutes. Flip breasts, cook for 3 minutes, then rotate 90 degrees and flip again, cooking for 3 minutes. Flip breasts one last time, cooking for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 204°C (400°F), line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place chicken breast on a wire rack. Place wire rack on parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 12-14 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
